At some point I started cutting my hair behind my ears and on the back of my neck when it stuck out of my snood. It's grown back pretty long and thick, and I'm wondering if I stop cutting it now, if it will eventually grow long enough to put in my pony.

the very definition of facial hair is that it doesn't grow that long. if it does, it's head head.

im dealing with the same issue, been shaving it but hate the shaved look so trying to grow it back out but gonna be a while til it fits back into pony..really want to laser my neck hair eventually

true, it's sloppy to have hair like that on your neck. but it's not a halachic issue.
