I need to take more folic acid. can I just go online adn buy any?
I want to buy from vitacost company
anyone have any info? ty!! or other ideas where to buy

Vitacost is good. I personally like to order from iherb. I would try to get a methyl folate supplement rather than folic acid, it's much better absorbed. Thorne is a good brand

and theyre kosher? there isnt any certification on them
do vitamins not need to be kosher?

there are those who say that anything that comes into contact with your lips and mouth should be kosher and there are those who say it's not nec. the ones who say it's not nec is something that was said 50 years ago when there was not so much to choose from. these days you can get many varieties with a kosher symbol from vitamin inc or amazon or even gnc.

I did too. Multiple times. I generally don't like ordering from them because my experience was that it takes very long for their stuff too arrive.
