You wrote not dairy, what about fleishig?
Just made this salad this week and it was delicious!

I used dill cubes instead of basil cuz that's what I had in my freezer and was amazing! Also added roast pumpkin spiced with cinnamon. I added sugar to the dressing and only half lemon bec we like things sweet and are not such big lemon fans

easy pretty salad
red cabbage, scallions, madarin oranges, crunched up ramen noodles
dressing:
1/2c oil
1/4 c vinegar
ramen spice packet
3 T sugar
1T soy sauce

This is an amazing quinoa salad with feta cheese but if you want parve leave it out.
Whoever tastes it asks for the recipe.
One package good quality greens of your choice
cooked quinoa ( I bake it in the oven)
Roasted sweet potato cubes (cut tiny)
1/4 red onion cubed small
Feta cheese cubes (mehadrin la feta cubes or Tnuva sheeps milk ONLY)
toasted slivered almonds
Dressing:
3 T honey
2 T balsamic/red wine vinegar
6 T oil
1 T mustard
salt to taste

BISSLI SALAD
romaine lettuce
cherry tomatoes
purple onion
any other veggies of preference such as cucumber, avocado, red pepper
1 bag crushed Bissli (I used bbq twists)
dressing:
1/2 c. oil
3 T. mayo
4 T. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp./ mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 c. water

I love Miriam Pascals (pareve) fruity salad with the maple lime dressing. I think it's on her blog. It's in best of kosher too. (Maybe her other cookbooks as well)
