I’m in a management position and only make 48k.
I work remotely and this job is sometimes very relaxed but very often extremely demanding. Most difficult part is that it is not set hours and I can sometimes work very late at night and very early in the morning.

Am I being taken advantage of?

If I get a regular job, how much would be the average pay?

I don't know what the average pay is, but if you're in management I definitely think you should be making more than that. Are you working full-time?

I work remotely but on average I can say I work full time, often over time and at very difficult hours, early morning/late nights

Where are you located? Sounds low for Lakewood, monsey, or brooklyn.

The fact that you're remote could be contributing to lower pay. My office pays their remote workers less

Even if a company pays remote workers less (which isn't always the case) 48k for a full time employee in a management position, especially one who is dedicated enough to put in hours at odd and uncomfortable time, should be paid more.

Whats a regular job?

I work full time remotely as a manager and earn 120k plus benefits so closer to 150k. But Im a tech manager so im seriously underpaid. If I would switch jobs, I would earn in the mid 200s. But im not switching because this job fits my lifestyle, is remote, and gives me job security.
