What components of the wedding expenses can be paid in cash vs check / credit / digital payments. For context -- this is for the girl's side.

Most vendors accept digital payment.
Some might only want cashapp or zelle though.

When you say can be paid in cash, does that mean you want to? Are you looking to pay without tax/do you have a cash business with money you don’t declare? I’m not sure why you would be looking to pay in cash rather than credit card/check.
I imagine everyone accepts cash. If you gave the florist 10k in hundred dollar bills, he’s not gonna say no.

I don't think any of the ones you mentioned won't accept cash, although they might want a CC on file just in case.

My understanding is the OP rather pay on credit to pay later, rather than come up with cash on demand.

Our experience was a little different, from making a chasuna two months ago for our daughter.

Kallah Teacher: cash or check
Invitations: credit card
Makeup: credit card
Hair: zelle (I guess check or cash could have been possible, but preferred zelle)
Hall, including caterer (takana package): check
Shadchanus: cash
Sheitel: credit card is an option, although the SM gives a discount when paying with cash
Chassan gifts: credit card
Gowns for kallah/mother/sisters - all from gemachs and paid by check
Other clothing: credit card
Shabbos sheva brachos food service (prepared food): credit card
Shabbos sheva brachos shul hall rental: check
No party planner (unless you count me!) Smile

Why would you pay in cash?
