French Toast. I buy them for my younger boys. Once they reach around 12 years old, they want nicer quality.

I found that French toast are not at all fitted and don't look nice at all, even for younger boys.

I used to buy them on Amazon when they went on sale, but Shirtstop.us has them, too. But there's a shipping fee if you're buying under a certain amount.
True, French Toast is not so fitted, but I'm not into the fitted look for little boys. I'm also not super stylish, myself. But OP did originally ask for cheapest, so that's what I gave her.
For my older boys, I buy either Alviso or TO for the son who likes contrast stitching.
Shirtstop or Boytique are the cheapest online places I've found. (I'm not in tristate area).
