In the past few years I've bought grated marror a few days before pesach and it wasn't sharp. where can I buy fresh grated marror that's sharp?

Once it is grated and sits around, it isn’t as sharp. Best bet is to put it into and food processor and grate it yourself. Put it into a closed container and seal immediately.

1. It doesn't stay sharp for a few days in a container
2. Skinny marror is not sharp no matter where you buy it from or where you grind it at home or store
You can pick out a big zaftig marror at 15th Ave Fruits and they will grind it for you while you wait/watch. Bring a small glass ball mason jar to fill up (no added oxygen).

Yes chassidish owned, around for decades, same owner/brother as the one that used to be on 13&48 and the one that is still on 13&52 Aaron's Fruit Emporium

You have to grate it yourself on erev pesach for it to be sharp
It’s pretty easy to do in a food processor

Landau's is so sharp! What are you all saying? You keep the container closed till right before YT and it's literally impossible to digest at the seder.

I have a pretty low end Hamilton Beach food processor and it does fine. I cut the maror into chunks and just put in the bowl with the S-blade.
