Tottini has good prices, but most frum stores will cost you to return. They do usually specify measurements so that can help.

Not sure what your budget is, but I get dresses for my 8 year old DD at Kidichic for approximately $40 each. We have always been able to find her something that she likes and that fits her well even though she's at an awkward stage right now.

The Amazon dresses look really nice.
Have you ordered these?
Are they see through?
The one with the Swiss dots, some pics show the sleeves lined and some pics show it completely see through
