Soldier poem | Imamother

I'm looking for a poem that was going around not long ago. It was about praying for soldiers like they're our brothers or something. I saw it on facebook, but can't seem to find it now. Anyone knows what I'm talking about? I want to give it out in mishloach manot so I want to get hold of the words and also the origin so I can get permission.
If anyone can point me to the poem and/or author, I would be mucho grateful.

I don't know the poem you want but I wrote one for you if it helps
feel free to change it and adapt it to what you wanted

Stand at attention don’t forget to salute
Or IDF may not like it and you may get the boot
In the army we stand proud and don’t fall
The world stands up to all of us who are brave and tall
After all in the army when you dedicate everything you do
You have be careful the whole day through
Lives depend on your steady hand
And the entire people respect your defense of our land
But try and take time off for megilla today
And have some the treats on your own special tray
The day is busy and the time is short
The real captain is looking how we consort
We come to you our task at hand
To bring you something special from the guy in command
He knows what you need and sent us your way
Hoping we add to your very special day
So put down your guns and relax in a chair
And we will stand guard while you get your fair share

This is amazing! I'm so sorry I didn't see it in time. I'm not sure why I just noticed the notification now.

I did end up finding the poem I was looking for. It was from the Lakewood Shopper, but I would have loved to use this too.
