Do you give something to the teachers? I know there are so many more than elementary but it feels strange not to give at all…
Is it weird ( or as the teens call it SO:-) to give ?

Very few give. I'm not sure if those who give, give to all it might be only to those that dd feels a connection or feeling of gratitude. Some, again a few give to the principal's and secretaries. It is appreciated by those who get it.

dd school has beautiful arrangement dividing girls up into grs and each grp does smething for a specific teacher.
there are requirements and spending limits
the hs secretary/assistant principal arranged it

That’s so nice ! So everyone gets something without it being financially draining!

The PTA of my daughter's high school arranges for a group mishloach manos to all teachers in the high school. Parents contribute a lump sum and every teacher gets something - the more student sign up for a particular teacher the more elaborate it is, but every teacher gets soemthing, delivered to their house, and they are really nice and low cost for the parents.
My daughters also wants to give to her 3 favorite teachers, so we do that in addition to the group one.
