ask a Rav, but the Shulchan Aruch states removing hairs for a man is Lo Silbash (except for beard).

I was going to say the same thing I think it may be an issue unfortunately.
I feel for you because I am super grossed out by male body hair. Maybe if you or DH are very bothered by it a rav will say it’s okay.

Not getting involved with what is or isn't allowed..
ERA plastic surgery in lakewood does men but I believe they only have famale PA's doing it.
