After kiddish Friday night during the first course I suddenly smelled this insane whiff of florals / delicious sweet perfume for around a minute. I put on perfume hrs before and it was a totally diff smell and it was gone because the scent doesn’t last more then a hr …
I kept on asking everyone what’s the sweet smell don’t you smell anything?! No one else wore perfume.none else knew what I was talking about. I kept on smelling the grape juice , wine liquor etc and it wasn’t the smell.
I freaked out. Has that ever happened to anyone?!

So in the physical sense, it could possibly be hormones or a number of other things. But honestly, it sounds like your neshama did tap into the Gan Eden of Shabbos, even if only briefly.

We just had that recently. A can of air freshener burst 
I only found it several days later.

Perhaps you had an olfactory hallucination. I get them sometimes but in my case it is an unpleasant smell, but they can also be pleasant. There can be many causes, usually innocuous.

Sometimes a fart has a sweet smell and nobody would have owned up to it.
Especially after drinking grape juice.

I've had that. I think it's from flora outside that come into bloom. you can't always locate it but it's there. that's what I always assume.
