Usually TJMaxx has great brands of black tights, 2 for $6. In the winter, easier to find.

Thanks for the suggestion!
I found them on Amazon and if you buy a 2-pack, they were around $7 a pair.
Still a lot more expensive than tights were a few years ago, but it seems that there's no getting around that.
