My family insurance plan just got canceled. No reason given. We paid up. Someone on their end decided we didn't want it anymore when we didn't tell them that. They kept hanging up on us and then they closed.
Who can help with this?!?

What type of insurance do you have? Did you get your insurance through an agent?
We had this recently and it was a big headache. Bh the agency where we got the insurance helped us out and it got reinstated and backdated.
