You ca try bingo they might have shein .. or maybe old navy or target- they won’t have shein rain coats- but they should have rain jackets..

Not necessarily the shayne brand, but all the mens stors plus closeout connection have boys "shayne" coats.

Are you having a particular problem finding a 10/12? Ive never bought that small so not sure.
