I have leftover kielbasa in my freezer. I usually use it for stews but how can I make it good by itself? How to season and roast or bake etc. Thank you!

Broil it. Once it cools slice & serve it at room temperature like on a meat board.

Slice it on an angle, spread with bbq sauce, the bake or broil few a few minutes, flip sides then do it for 1-2 more minutes.

I cut up in small pieces with fresh mushrooms and onions and add it to rice..I also cut up small pieces and add it to shredded cole slaw mix and stir fry it until golden brown and then place in a egg roll wrap and fry it.. I also add it to a puff pastry roll and add in mashed potatoes with onions and add some mustard and roll it snd bake it until golden brown..
