I don’t know what people buy but I recommend the brand Tag Hauer. Excellent quality.

That’s the perfect price range for a beautiful Michele watch with diamonds. They were very in style not sure if their still hot (but they are definitely not outdated) check out sacks off fifth and Nordstrom rack.

I love this one! I know this company came before cartier, but this one reminds me of the Tank. Maybe more durable?
OP, I saw someone suggest a Michele watch. I don't know if they are in style where you are, but where I live they are still very much in style, I see them on everyone (not only frum people). You can get a very stunning and not showy watch in your price range.

Right looks like tank but a drop prettier and I bet it’s more durable. My family has had bad luck with cartier watches and I’d hate to spend only to regret (like I did recently on something else  )
Op google satin longines watch there are a few pretty things that pop up
Personally I felt satin would be less comfortable and wouldn’t match as well with everything
