Hamburgers and veggies

Falafel

Everything gets served with standard side dishes

Pesach fries and eggs
BBQ
take out
those are all my options
I make a big pasta bag before turning over and leave out microwave in chomets corner of house. that's lunch every day.
then again only turn over a few days before so it's not too long of this as I find it difficult, stressful and expensive to feed people bf chag

I'm only half turned over (hate the limbo stage!)

BBQ outside
Pepper steak in my crockpot (unfortunately can't do rice with it)
Frozen pizza in the toaster oven
Take-out one night
And Sunday night we'll have Pesach chicken and potatoes

My family can barely handle eating Pesach food for 9 days; I really can't expect them to do it for 15 days.

Just saw a delicious looking crockpot unstuffed cabbage recipe on Naomi Nachman's Instagram that I think I'm going to make for supper this week.
It will cook while I cook for chag.

Dice lots of potatoes. Season well with oil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika (or just salt and diced onion).
Bake uncovered on cookie sheet until halfway done. Add sliced hot dogs and mix. Put back in oven and continue baking until potatoes are soft and hot dogs are starting to crisp.

Me too but I'm not ashamed. There's only so much I can do and my family needs to eat normal food too.

Not across the board. Many hold it's not an issue after 24 hours. Kitniyos is not chametz.
