Stores in lkwd have no veal pocket this pesach

The store I went to had no veal and the store manager said it's because there wasn't any shchitah for veal this Pesach. Did anyone else have the same issue? I usually make a delicious stuffed veal for pesach.

I bought a veal roast 2 weeks ago at gourmet glatt , they told me supply was limited

I went to a lot of stores in boro park & no one had they said its a problem the last couple of months. One store had some in there freezer but they were too big for me.

That’s ironic. They banned shechita but veal is allowed? If they’re so into better for the animal and all that, veal would be banned straightaway! Just goes to show how liberalism is so crazy.

I don't understand this?
Veal is a baby cow
White veal is killed usually right when they are born
Red veal is when the cows are a few months old

Unless they are banning all meat, why should they ban veal?
