Meatballs and mashed potatoes
Vegetable soup with chunks of potato and chicken meatballs simmered inside
Roasted chicken, baked sweet potato fries, roasted zucchini rounds
Chicken cutlets baked with crushed potato chips, French fries, salad
Salmon, asparagus and baby potatoes on a sheet pan
Minute steak baked all day on low with sliced potato underneath
Or similar idea with beef stew goulash
Pan grilled dark chicken cutlets and hash browns

Just decided to make that for supper because Friday night is chicken again and we can use a break.
What are you putting on salmon? Any good recipe, not sweet?

I squeeze fresh lemon juice onto the salmon, drizzle a bit of salt. Peel and slice a lemon and put it along the edges of the salmon. If you like more lemon flavor then on top of the salmon. A bit of water on the bottom of the pan so it doesn’t dry out. Bake.
