Prefer nisht gebroks, but could also do on 8th day...
Looking for approximate measurements that can work with fresh pineapple. Does anyone have anything? (Basically needing something with pineapple, potato starch, eggs...)

Ami had this by Bruchy Duschinsky
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp potato starch
1/2 cup oil
1 fresh pineapple, diced
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 9" square pan and bake at 300 for 45 min.
(I wonder if they meant for pineapple to be blended first.)

This recipe uses canned pineapple.
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
4 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup potato starch
1/8 cup vanilla sugar - 2 Tbsp
1 tsp baking powder
Mix well, pour into 9" round pan. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Doesn't freeze well.
