Thank you for this thread, I truly am enjoying reading the responses and resonate with all of them ❤️

I too, had no mother role model and find certain traits in other people to be so special that I try to emulate them (kindness, empathy, good relationships, etc.)

Right now the person I admire most is my therapist.

She has unbelievable middos, patience, good heart, listens and validates and only person who gets me entirely and values me for who I am, the whole me with my flaws.
