me too, started this morning.
sadly, has nothing to do with pesach. last year this time I was so happy with my weight. I let myself go and I cant wear most of my clothes from last year. so sad.

how do we start? how do we stay motivated and committed? I'm nervous.

I'm Chabad and felt like we ate really clean, healthy food. Ok, I could have gone a little easier on the potatoes, but still.

Having restrictive minhagim has its perks!

The rest of my dieting journey on this thread I plan to do anonymously, but as I'm posting I declined a piece of chocolate Wink

I gained in the past 15 years a total of 25lb. only want to get off between 10-15. I hope to finally get it back off and not back on (except for pregnancy weight when Hashem grants me this blessing.)

If you start now like many of you did, you will lose the extra weight as fast as it came

You just need to eat right (protein and vegetables), don't skip meals (or stay hungry) keep moving, stay hydrated and sticking to those healthy habits we all know about.

I will be having a FREE class coming Sunday on how to RESET, RESTORE AND REBALANCE your body after Yom tov with the right tools and mindset. If you'd like to sign up for free [link removed, please stop posting unpaid ads]

Honestly, I would think to do the opposite- only protein for a few days. (but REALLY only protein).
