My dh has off now on new years so Sunday and Monday so we're thinking of doing a mini vacation. Might be for shabbos too. The problem is I have no idea where to start looking.
I'm in New York and willing to travel 2-3 hours. Looking for something romantic . Maybe a jacuzzi in the room, not looking to go anywhere really just looking for some rest and some bonding time.
Any ideas
Forgot to add it should be by car.

With or without kids?
Do you need to be near food or do you want to bring your own?
Deal is really nice, there are food and minyan options and it's close and convenient
You can stay in the wave resort

Lakewood has The Diamond Suite. Was really nice.
Has a big jacuzzi tub and sauna you could use in the winter

Thanks ill check out the wave resort.
Without kids.
And I'd rather not shlep along food

Any recommendations for a hotel not too far from minyan and kosher food in long Island? Thank you
