When do you feel you’ve got it under control?

If my laundry is done.

Entire house can be flying but if laundry is under control alls good!

Didn’t turn my kitchen back completely from yom tov, kids rooms are mess but finished folding all laundry so feeling on top of the world!

How do you get your cleaning lady to do laundry right?

I can’t have my cleaning lady wash or fold laundry. She always gets it wrong and messes up my systems.

I have to do the laundry myself. She folds though (and yes she mixes things up but that's why I have her leave it folded on top of washer, and we have to put away ourselves).

I’m jealous of you op. I only feel like it’s all clean when the whole house is clean from top to bottom. Right now my coat closet is driving me absolutely crazy cuz it’s in need of a deep cleaning and I think about it every time I open it…

When my kitchen counters are clear and clean (my definition of clear, which is probably cluttered for most of you) and dishes are washed.

When there's clean clothing for everyone, a variety of foods available, and the house is clean enough that
-there's a path to walk around
-it doesn't attract bugs
-it's a healthy and safe environment (so toys out in the living room is fine, but the bathroom and food-related areas have to be clean)

If all my laundry had to be done to feel like I'm doing well, I'd be in trouble

She confuses socks sometimes and sometimes things land in the wrong place but overall it works well. Maybe if I would have more of the same gender close in age it would be more complicated.

When the dining room table is set for Shabbes. If dh isn't using the table as a work surface, I try to set it Thursday nite so I have the illusion of being ready for Shabbes even if nothing else is done.
