Similar to the what's for supper today thread. I'm bored of my usual breakfast options. Please post what you ate or will eat for breakfast today as a planned healthyish meal. Please don't post if you only drank coffee or if you ate a chocolate danish. Looking forward to some inspiration!

I'll start by posting what I ate yesterday:
Brown pudding smoothie - frozen banana, avocado, oat milk, water, a few spoonfuls of cocoa and a drizzle of honey blended together to become a pudding texture. Topped it with chia seeds, sunflower seeds, ground almonds, and shredded coconut. Yum!!!

Back to my usual -- plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries. (Or any otherfruit you like.) My kids sweeten lightly with Maple or agave but I find the fruit is sweet enough. Sprinkle top with chia seeds, toasted sunflower seeds, coarsely chopped nuts, etc.

Egg bites!
Blend 10 eggs with 1 cup cottage cheese and salt to taste.
Pour into muffin tins (makes about a dozen), sprinkle with shredded cheese and diced veggies and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden.
I freeze these in ziplocs and defrost them for breakfast, they're amazing!!
Eat with some rice cakes or whole grain crackers for a well rounded macro meal!

I've done similar but find it doesn't keep me full for long. When's your next meal/snack?
