If you call before the 15th of the month, it takes affect on the first of the next month. Otherwise, you want to wait till the month after that.

If you have a marketplace account, I think you can do it there.


This is not the correct number for me, I think I'm part of the market place. They gave me another number to call but now it's getting late so I'll try after shabbos. I still have another few days until the 15 th.

I just spoke to someone and yes, I also had to do this update as well. It's because we were just switched to the market place (in December). So after doing the whole update for half hour, the guy tells me we're locked in till October 16 🙄

I guess it's new.
And probably when you switched over in December it was considered a new plan and you got locked in after 90 days.
