Any benefit going through TAG or straight to Techloq

Working on filtering my home computer. I know exactly what I want but I want it cheap or free. Any particular reason to call tag - do they do this for free or can I just go straight to techloq.

Also wondering if there are any discounts/ financial aid for the filter.

You still have to pay for the filter with tag. They just install it without charging a fee. I would go straight to the company so I have control over the filter. My family had a not so great experience with going through tag (almost missing a flight because boarding pass couldn't be pulled up due to the filter and it was nighttime so slow response from the filter company.)

Do not go through TAG.
You want to be able to control the filter yourself
If you go through Tag and later on call Techloq to make a change, they will need to approve by Tag first.
