My adorable happy 3 month old baby has a red blotch on each cheek. He's a bottle fed baby and drinking similac advance kosher. Anyone has any advice of how to get rid of it? Thanks

You have to figure out what is causing it.
Try switching detergents and baby shampoo to cleaner ones. If that doesn’t help then try switching to a soy based formula (though definitely speak to your pediatrician first).

Allergy testing, switch to much cleaner detergent and soaps.

Eczema is usually a sign of something internal so I would start with switching formulas or going to a milk bank for breast milk.
