Anyone have either and can tell me which is better quality?
(Or if there’s a better option/price available)

Tia!

This is crazy. I was literally just scrolling Amazon looking for a bundt pan and decided I need to see it before I buy. Just as in ten minutes ago.

Try to get a lighter gray pan, these look dark, cakes can burn.

Oh wow! Thanks for this advice- I’m usually a disposable pan baking person, but like the bunt texture and purchasing one the first time…

I have a bundt pan but don't have a good bundt cake recipe. You have a good recipe?

Pretty sure 12 cups is the right size, but I'd get Wilton, not a no name brand.

The wilton you linked to is 9 cups and won't be big enough for a regular cake recipe.

The best quality bundt pan is Nordicware, also available on Amazon. They’re sturdy and come in many shapes, sizes and styles.
Make sure to spray with a flour based spray like bakers joy.
Nordicware might be more expensive but it will last forever. Look for sales.

I guess I'm really passionate about Nordicware.
I just checked Amazon-

https://www.amazon.com/Nordic-.....ss_tl

I think this is really cute. Classic with a twist, literally.

I'd order one for myself but I already have cabinets full of every shape Nordicware so I can't really justify the purchase for myself.

Not to highjack, but why do my cakes always get stuck in bundt pans?? I tried spraying a lot and also putting in the freezer before filling . Nothing works!
I have a few different pans, Nordicware included.

PAM baking spray will get it out. Only take it out when it's fully cooled and use a plastic knife or spatula to loosen around the edges before you flip it.

So I've been making bundt cakes since I was 12. Def buy the Nordic ware. Nothing compares to that.

Buy the classic shape, those slip out the easiest!
I've had different shapes, this is the best. It's also thick (and heavier) is baked the cake more evenly.

For me, I either oil it with my hands. Or use "baggan" canola oil spray. I tried many. This one worked best. Spray liberally but not too much.

Don't leave the pan in the oven once it's done. Take it right out. After 5-10 minutes spread a dish towel, grab some oven Mits and hold the cake at an angle. Don't flip. Cake side up but at a sharp angle, and give it a few "nudge" bangs all around. The dish towel will protect your counter. And catch some crumbs. Go all around a few times until you see the cake actually jumping/ detached. Let it sit a bit more. Then put a large plate over it and hold tight then flip. It'll come out like a dream.
I've made wheat, spelt, GF bundts. This technique always works.

After a few uses the plan can get a bit discolored. It's fine. Some use harsh chemicals or steel wool. You'll ruin it. The most you can use is a soft scrub daddy. ( under hot water it gets soft)

Good luck.

Thanks immabubby and neonyellow and other posters for the links and tips!

Neonyellow- the one you linked has a bronze option too. Does color make a difference?

Thanks again everyone for helping me find my very first Bundt pan lol!

I second neon yellow’s choice. It’s the best one. Spray it well with floured spray.

When you take it out of the oven wiggle it a little - a few minutes later comes out perfect- of course put baking spray also
