Today I cooked brown rice noodles and when it was almost done I added broccoli. When all water was cooked I put in cheese that melted and it came out delicious!

Last night I checked a big bunch of broccoli for over an hour. At the fifth bug I found, I gave up and dumped all the florets. At least I managed to salvage the stems. I wonder if boccoli is bugggier in the summertime. What a waste of a night.

We like broccoli salad ( I dont have specific measurements for the dressing I just put the ing together)
bunch of broccoli
handful of cashews
handful craisins or dried cherries
chopped red onion (how ever much you want)
Dressing:
Mayo
lemon juice
garlic powder or crushed garlic
salt
dash of pepper
