My DH always davens at sunrise, so on RH we're home from shul at around 10 am. I'm getting the ILs for the meal on the first day. Does anybody have a nice idea what to make? I want parve or milchik.

The first thing that comes to my mind is a quiche. 'light' salads. cheeses. crispy baguettes or challah. muffins.

Nah my guests don't eat that.
I decided on burekas, salads, pancakes and jerusalem kugel in stead.
