It's brisket. Chazeh = chest.
I don't make it with a recipe but a lot of people make the KBD one with beer or whatever, my mother makes that and everyone likes it so ask on the board if anyone has the KBD (or whatever it's called) Brisket with Beer recipe.
If you want to wing it, just slice onions into the bottom of a pan. Add a bay leaf or two. Salt and pepper the meat. If you like wine, then wine. If you use onion soup mix (I used to) it's a good addition. Plus water to cover the bristket about 3/4 of the way up. You don't want to drown it but it likes a lot of moisture. Cover tightly and bake at 325 F for a long time. Even three hours. I love falling apart meat. If you don't, then bake it less. It's always delicious.
