so I attempted to make kishka with that recipe that uses tam tam crackers. can anyone help me with what the consistency should be. mine is kind of like wet cement. is that how its supposed to be? thanx!

I make the other recipe - which is delicious - and I'm sure that the consistency should be the same.
It should be very, very thick. I usually use more flour than what the recipe calls for and it tastes very authentic. I also bake it longer than what the recipe calls for because we like it very crispy.
We're having kishka with our dinner tonight! I always make a lot for shabbos so we can eat it during the week.
