When making apple crisp do you have to peel the apples? Will it be fine if I don't?

I don't think you have to. When I make it, I do peel the apples, but I've eaten apple crisp at other people's homes where the apples weren't peeled and it was still delicious.

I never do, I think it adds color to the dish - and besides who has the coach to start peeling a million apples.

just keep in mind tho if you dont peel em it will be a little harder to cut, if you want to serve it with nicer looking straight "slices"
they also give it a bit of a different taste. some people dont like the taste of the peels.

I think it's tastier without the peel. anyhow, it's mishamiyim that you peeled them.
