salad:
1 bag of small frozen green peas
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 purple onion, diced
cherry tomatoes, halved
dressing:
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar

It's very colourful and tastes really good!
If you want you can use string beans as a substitute.
