I was going to say desserts made easy also, but perhaps something like "simcha meal planning" made easy--menu planning for large groups--sheva brachos, bar/bas mitzvos. Or something simple like a birthday party. Some how when I'm faced with those occasions I feel like a "deer in the headlights"

Kid-friendly dinners made easy. That is, dinners my kids will actually eat, nothing too fancy or with strange ingredients they won't touch and healthy as a bonus.

I think they actually did put out a kids cookbook. It's small with a blue cover, don't remember the exact name. Lots of kid-friendly (and husband friendly!!!) recipes.
