I love sweet and sour chicken, but since I live in a town with no Kosher Chinese restaurant I want to learn how to make it. I know in the purple Spice and Spirit there is a recipe for Sweet and Sour Fish that sounds good. Have any of you made this with chicken (DH does not like fish). Or if any of you have a good recipe, please share. I like the chicken breaded and I don't care if it is fried or baked. Thanks a lot

Have you tried just frying the cutlets in flour etc..and using the bottled sweet and sour sauce from La Choy? I have a sweet and sour type cutlet recipe I use, but it is not chinese style.
