I had it once by someone she slices it and bakes on each side. don't know if has to be defrosted? if it has to be sliced? and what to put oven on? anyone

I slice it frozen, shpritz both sides with cooking spray, and stick it in the oven for 20 minutes or so - till it's golden. I dont turn it over.
