Grape Sorbet
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups boiling water
1/2 cup water
3 cups grape juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
Mix sugar with boiling water until sugar dissolves. Combine with water, grape juice and lemon juice. Pour into 9x13 pan and freeze. When semi-frozen, mix with hand mixer until soft. Refreeze.

Here is the simplest recipe you could wish for -
1 carton KLP fruit concentrate
1 carton KLP parev whip cream
1 sachet KLP vanilla pudding mix
whisk all three together in the blender and put in the freezer

You can use mango or banana for flavour. I really like banana ones as it gives nice creamy texture.
Or orange, lemon, pineapple for sorbet
Don't bother with apples, melons, pears--flavours are too weak/too watery.
