Where is it?
Will it be upscale, or more of a family restaurant?

Anything other than Moustache. There's a pizza place (presumably not kosher) in UES/Harlem called Moustache, and it makes me sick every time I see it.

Swift and Succulent

I think White Glaze would be more appropriate for a bakery than a fleishig restaurant..But Red onion and Dish Delish are great names!!

My vote is for Red Onion!

I remember a restaurant in Eilat named the Green Onion...

Sometimes tying in the location can make for a great name. Either neighborhood, street name... Even just the number of the address can sometimes be classy.

I like crispies. It evokes a delicious taste in my mouth and sounds current too.

Red Onion works because you can make a nice icon something like the way pomegranate did or purple pear.

good luck.
