Of all the above mentioned I like red onion best.

How about "Home Plate"? or "hot sauce"? If I would open a chinese place Id call it "Teriyaki" but thats not what ur asking for, right?

Something easy to spell. A color or a number or a famous place makes people remember. So far Red Onion fits best, I think.

Some popular paces with cool names in my area: 88, Chicago Deli, New York Burger, My Bagel Cafe (closed), Teimaniya.
