fortunately for me, my mother subscribes and I get them from her (as it's quite expensive)

it has many nice articles and comes out, unbelievably, every single week

and for those who want to know, it's a chareidi publication which is definitely "Lubavitch-friendly" (sometimes printing articles and news items that feature Lubavitchers)

it has interesting feature articles, regular columns on chinuch, recipes, an interview with a woman, much more, and is of interest to men and women

and yours truly has had five letters printed in it already ... Wink

Do you write other things too, for publication?

Just wondering -- how many of us here are really writers, but being busy with our families, spend time posting here instead, just because we enjoy writing?

My husband keeps telling that instead of spending time here, I should be writing for publication more, but how much can you really write in 5-minute intervals?

thanks for the tip! my husband is in Israel now, I will ask him to bring a copy. Over here we have nothing, except the kehilla's monthly, which is not so special, I am sorry to say, although I appreciate their effort!

I emailed them for information--what it is like and how much, etc. They replied only to send my credit card number! No thanks.

Sad

There was one I got once called The Jewish Homemaker. It was very interesting and came out a few times a year. I'm not sure if it still circulates but I may look for it. Very Happy
