My baby has been sick on and off for a while now. since sunday though he has been very cranky, wants to be held all the time and at night cries for over an hour even when held until he wears himself out and falls asleep. this is esp. hard for me bec. im spoiled as he is usually such an easy, happy good baby who sleeps through the night.
My question is- how do you stay calm and patient and sane when you are around a whiny baby 24/7?
rationally I know he is sick and I feel badly but I also feel like ive had just abt enough...any tips on staying positive, loving and patient?

So has mine Crying . The best thing to do is make sure to TAKE A BREAK. when ure husband is home, go out and do something fun, visit a friend, take a walk alone... and get out. that really helps, and helps u come home with a refreshed feeling, ready to be there for ure baby. I hope he feels better soon!

my kids were sick last week, it was so horrible. whats weird is that they both slept the night all week, but during the day they were so irritable, it was making me nuts. nothing made the little one happy.
but yeah, make sure to get some breather time, you need it to keep going
