THE GOAT CHEESE WALNUT SALAD
from Jamie Keller

Salad
5 oz greens, any kind
1 1/2 cup dried cranberries
sliced red onion
5 oz goat cheese, crumbled
1 1/2 cup walnuts

Dressing
2 T vinegar
1 T mustard
2 tsp herbs, chopped
7 T oil
salt & pepper to taste

You mix your greens, add the cranberries and the onion. Sprinkle with cheese & walnuts and add the dressing.

Mmmm, sounds yummy! Thanks CM! Just a quick question, when you say herbs, what does that mean? Aren't there lots of different kinds of herbs?
Sorry if that's a stupid question, I just need every recipe to be crystal clear or I get confused Wink

The recipe listed thyme but I don't hve that, and I might not like it anyway ... so I left it ambiguous, so yu could fill in what you like.
