If you're willing to spend that much $ then a city mini is VERY easy to push!

I don't know how the fancy strollers wheel, but my graco metro lite stroller is pretty easy to wheel. and very light. great basket. didn't break the bank. not such a great sun visor though.

I have a City mini you can borrow if you want to try it..... I use it as my travel carriage, pushing it up my block I do feel a major difference between this and my bugaboo but I think my block is the exception in BP, not the rule..... my friend has the City Elite (big wheels) and won't come visit unless she has a ride, home she will walk.... I sometimes use the City Mini for a quick trip to the grocery, any drs appointments that are in hospitals and have to leave the carriage in the public waiting room, its very easy to shlep up the subway steps because it dosn't get stuck under each step lilke the Maclaren, its a pleasure to fold on city busses....

I had it, felt every bump in the sidewalk, got stuck under every subway step. I gave it away and got the City Mini instead. when I travel with my City Mini and my friend still has a Quest, she keeps saying she wants to sell it and buy a City Mini

The city mini is a great stroller, and it's 230, but it is a little bare-bones if you only have another $20 to add anything. You have to be sure you don't need a rain cover, parent tray, or child tray. Though you can get cheap parent trays on Amazon, and the baby jogger child tray is about $20. So maybe it's fine.
