The Tequila Lime Chicken
chicken, any kind
1 T garlic
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup Tequila
1 tsp salt, optional
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 T olive oil
Marinate your chicken for about half an hour - not too much longer as the lime juice cooks the chicken, but not "good" cooks the chicken. Drain marinade & bake or grill until done.
