I am having four bochurim for Shabbos (we usually have Sem girls) and I need another easy side dish that they will probably eat. I am making rice and apple/cranberry kugel. Any ideas? I'd rather not make potatoes b/c they always dry out by me. (Unless someone wants to give me an easy no-fail potato recipe )

or yerushalmi kugel, or broccoli kugel, honestly whenever I have bochurim over they really eat anything=) and when I have seminary girls I find the food goes much quicker,it seems like they starve all week and by the time shabbos comes around their are starving and boys for whatever reason dont eat as much.

Sesame noodles would also be good.

Baby red parsley potatoes don't dry out when rewarmed.
The guys usually like onion kugel.
