Has anyone used WES to evaluate an international degree?
It costs approx $160 and I want to know what type of service they provide for that exorbitant amount of money!
Please post any relevant info. Thanks!

I think that's who we used 5 years ago. The initials sound familiar. I had gotten an OT degree in the US and moved to Canada after marriage. Basically, they checked that the courses I took in the States matched up with what the required Canadian curriculum is. We got some sort of a report from them and if you want more details, I can try rummaging in our filing cabinet for it.

I too have used WES. It's accepted by almost every school to validate whether the classes you took meet wherever you are applying's standards. They will translate degrees, as well as letter grades. For example, some schools have A+ while others don't so they will calculate what your grade is and your GPA. Sorry, I did this years ago and while it's pricey, it's worth it if you need it. Hatzlacha!
