I have made it with my kids - I cut up the fruit into equal sizes and set up an assembly line for my kids to help out - we each put on one or two fruit -
purple grape, strawberry, canteloupe, pineapple, honeydew, kiwi
I served it with a bowl cut out from the bottom of a pineapple - filled it with blueberry sauce (found in site abouve) - or u can make a parve whip cream or a mix of toffuti cream cheese and fluff (u cn do a search for that on the site provided above - I think its called fruit dip or even strawberry fruit dip)
I also made a skewer platter with bite size brownies, lg marshmallow and blondies.

at very fancy weddings I've been served a plate with several tiny desserts eg a mini fancy cupcake, some fruit , a scoop of sorbet, a mini cheesecake or mousse.
